Litigation Attorney
Location San Diego, CA (Hybrid or Fully Remote)
Base Pay Range $130,000.00/yr – $200,000.00/yr
Work Arrangement
Fully Remote option available for more experienced litigators
Hybrid (San Diego office) for attorneys with less experience
Open to 1+ years of litigation experience, including civil or criminal
Fresh graduates with strong litigation interest will be considered
About the Role You will work closely with experienced partners, gain hands‑on litigation exposure, and contribute to impactful class action matters including Wage & Hour, False Advertising, and other complex litigation. This is an exceptional role for someone excited to litigate, learn, grow, and develop strong trial‑ready skills.

Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 – $200,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Bonus Structure: Recoverable Bonus (5–10%)
Fresh attorneys typically earn $40,000–$50,000
Experienced litigators often earn $100,000+
