Location San Diego, CA – Full Remote (licensed in California). Hybrid available in San Diego.

Overview We are seeking a skilled Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney with 3–15 years of experience to join its team. This fully remote/ hybrid role handles complex employment matters across industries. Depending on experience, candidates may be considered for Of Counsel roles.
Responsibilities
Represent employers in federal and state courts, administrative proceedings.
Handle all phases of employment litigation: pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, trial prep.
Counsel clients on wage & hour compliance, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and other workplace issues.
Draft legal memoranda, position statements, settlement agreements.
Manage client relationships with excellent communication and responsiveness.
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Active California Bar admission in good standing.
3–15 years of Labor & Employment experience.
