LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting an elite, mid-size firm in their search for a Finance Associate in Chicago, IL.
Details
The attorney will support clients in complex finance transactions including leveraged acquisitions, restructurings, private equity financing, retail financing, and mezzanine financing.
2000 Billable Hours (with 200+ hours creditable).
***The firm will consider candidates who prefer a
highly remote arrangement
with occasional travel to Chicago.
The anticipated salary range for this role is $225,000-250,000 + bonuses.
Requirements
2+ years sophisticated finance experience at a mid-size or large law firm.
IL Bar Admission (or ability to obtain admission).
JD from accredited law school.
