The attorney will support clients in complex Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity transactions.
The anticipated salary range for this role is $310,000-420,000 + bonuses.
Requirements
4+ years sophisticated corporate transactions experience at a law firm.
IL Bar Admission.
JD from accredited law school.
