We need strong Talent Acquisition skills with a hunter mentality.

Someone who can create and execute sourcing strategies, who is proactive rather than relying solely on posting and job boards to build talent pools. A strategic recruiter who knows how to build a network and fill niche roles. A strong passion for recruiting and a fun, energetic attitude are a must for our team!

What you'll do:

Build and execute recruiting strategies which include job description review, candidate assessment, sourcing methodologies, research, proactive cold calling, candidate development, interviewer preparation and coaching, feedback collection, offer creation and negotiation, and reference checking.

Champion the recruitment process and provide hiring managers direction and consultation on strategic and recruitment trends, best practices, legal developments, and benchmark comparison.

Communicate appropriately, proactively and consistently with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, external contacts and potential candidates to ensure a positive client and candidate experience.

Prioritize work and set appropriate expectations with hiring managers and HR partners.

Utilize passive and direct sourcing techniques, and seek new methods and innovative solutions to identify and attract prospective candidates and build talent pipelines.

Represent and differentiate Equifax to external candidates by effectively describing our business, strategy, culture and values.

Partner with Talent Acquisition Leaders and recruiting peers to share talent, market intelligence, and best practice recruiting methodology.

Comply with all Talent Acquisition and broader Equifax policies, procedures and risk requirements.

Identify continuous improvement opportunities to drive efficiencies.

Support special projects for senior leadership.

Attend weekly stand‑up meetings with leaders.

Research and attend networking opportunities in the local market.

Utilize talent acquisition tools to build robust talent pools and pipelines.

What experience you need (minimum qualifications):

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

2+ years of full‑life‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably a mix of successful corporate and recruiting agency background.

Experience with a robust Talent Acquisition tech stack; experience with ATS (Workday), CRM (Beamery), LinkedIn, Indeed, Seekout, AI, Google Suite is a huge plus.

Advanced consultative skills with a strong sense of urgency and continual drive for process improvement.

Expertise in social networking.

Ability to prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines and deliver high‑quality results.

Experience with an Applicant Tracking System in a high‑volume, professional recruiting environment.

Track record of developing, assessing, attracting, and hiring successful talent.

Ability to advise hiring managers on recruitment plans and execution, candidate assessment and hiring, and market intelligence.

What could set you apart:

2+ years of experience building robust talent pools and pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other strategic sourcing/recruiting sources.

Early Careers/University Recruiting experience.

Experience reporting metrics and performance‑related data to senior leaders.

Workday experience.

Google Suite and Google Gemini experience.

Proven experience negotiating complex packages effectively.

Customer‑centric mindset and a sense of urgency.

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Excellent relationship building and client relations skills.

Strong ability to manage employees.

Creative problem‑solving and analytical skills.

Proficiency in learning new technologies/applications quickly.
