Chair/Partner - Senior Corporate Attorney Base pay range: $150,000.00/yr - $400,000.00/yr

Job Details Full-service hospitality firm seeks a Corporate/Transactional Attorney with a book of business to lead the team and co‑chair the corporate department. Remote/Hybrid location. Ideal candidate should have 10‑15+ years of experience in corporate/transactional matters, with a book of business approximately $500,000.

Responsibilities Lead the corporate department and manage a book of business; partner with colleagues to provide legal services in real estate, employment, franchising, licensing, and other areas for the hospitality industry; grow client base; collaborate with colleagues and utilize firm resources.

Qualifications

10‑15+ years of experience in corporate/transactional matters.

Demonstrated success managing a corporate client book (~$500,000).

Strong interest or experience in the hospitality space.

Ability to work remotely or in a hybrid environment.
