Job Details We are seeking a Corporate Attorney to join our established New York practice focused on serving clients across financial services, investment funds, and corporate transactions.
Responsibilities
Represent clients in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and complex corporate transactions
Draft and negotiate operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and other corporate governance documents
Advise on fund formations, private placements, and related securities matters
Collaborate closely with our financial services and tax teams to support cross-practice initiatives
Qualifications
Corporate transactional experience at a law firm or in-house legal department
Strong drafting, negotiation, and client-facing skills
Background in fund formation, financial services, or securities law preferred
JD; active and good-standing NY bar admission
