About the Role The firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience. Candidates with a primary focus in Labor & Employment litigation are ideal, though Litigation Associates with meaningful employment law exposure (even if not their main practice) may also be considered.

You’ll work closely with senior members of the L&E group who are committed to mentorship and long-term associate development.

Key Experience

General litigation work, including legal research/writing, depositions, and motions practice

Employment law matters involving ADA, ADEA, Title VII, Wage & hour matters including FLSA / FMLA, Education matters, including Title IX

Other Labor & Employment counseling and investigations

Compensation

Base salary:

$180,000–$210,000 (depending on experience)

Licensure

South Carolina Bar preferred

Will consider candidates willing to obtain SC Bar licensure after joining
