Labor and Employment Attorney | Alpharetta, GA | Up-to $200K
Join one of Georgia's most influential boutique powerhouses. The firm seeks a 3–8 year associate to join its Labor & Employment group in Alpharetta. In a flexible remote/hybrid environment with in-office collaboration preferred for training, you’ll handle high-stakes defense litigation, expand into government contracts/investments, and accelerate to equity partner.

Advise influential clients, litigate in federal/state courts, and access deal flow through the firm's investment/government contracting arm.
Key Duties:
Litigate wage/hour collective actions, Title VII, ADEA, FMLA, and retaliation claims from intake through trial.
Draft pleadings, motions (summary judgment, class cert opposition), and conduct discovery/depositions.
Advise on compliance, handbooks, and executive employment agreements.
Collaborate on multi-jurisdictional cases and government contract disputes.
Support partners in client development and strategic advocacy decisions.
Represent clients in federal and state courtrooms, including arguing motions, evidentiary hearings, and jury trials when cases proceed to verdict.
Ideal Candidate:
3–8 years labor & employment defense experience (management-side preferred).
Proven courtroom and deposition track record with strong academics.
Excellent drafting, analytical, and client-communication skills.
Collaborative mindset eager for autonomy, political/high-profile exposure, and equity partnership.
