What You’ll Do Take ownership of a varied civil litigation caseload, emphasizing construction, general liability, and insurance defense Manage discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation Draft pleadings, briefs, discovery responses, and settlement documents Provide strategic guidance on litigation posture, contractual issues, and risk management Contribute to transactional work involving construction and real estate matters Collaborate closely with seasoned litigators in a team-first environment
What You Bring A JD and active California bar membership Strong litigation capabilities and polished written advocacy The ability to navigate multiple priorities with professionalism A client‑focused mindset and excellent interpersonal communication
