Lead and manage the engineering team to achieve departmental goals and objectives. Oversee the design and development of manufacturing processes and systems. Implement best practices in engineering and manufacturing to enhance productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and ensure alignment with market needs. Provide technical guidance and support for engineering projects and initiatives. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all engineering activities. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track engineering effectiveness. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the engineering team. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering and manufacturing roles. Proven experience in leadership and management positions, preferably as a manager or director. Strong knowledge of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and quality control. Experience with contract manufacturing, GD&T, machining, sheet metal, and fabrication is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to drive process improvements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Benefits
