Associate Service Consultant – Annuities
Build a career with LPL Financial where ambition meets innovation. As an Associate Service Consultant – Annuities, you support Financial Professionals and their assistants by processing annuity purchases through the Annuity Order Entry platform, handling a high volume of calls and emails.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service via incoming calls or email responses related to annuity processing on the Annuity Order Entry platform.
Maintain detailed knowledge of LPL processes, system platform, and annuity products.
Explain differences between annuity product features to clients and internal partners.
Collaborate with internal business partners to resolve escalations and adapt to operational and compliance process changes.
Requirements
2+ years of customer service experience.
Core Competencies

Strong attention to detail.
Strong client focus and work ethic.
Provide effective feedback.
Excellent organizational, communication, and listening skills.
Preferences
Financial services experience and investment services knowledge.
Series 99 and Series 7 licenses/certifications.
MS Office, BETA, ClientWorks, ServiceWorks, Nice, Documentum, Electronic Order Entry experience.
Bachelor’s degree.
