Location New York, NY. Remote eligible; candidates must reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zones (EST/CST). Preference for candidates near White Plains, NY for occasional on‑site collaboration.
Job Description The Senior FP&A Analyst reports to the Director of FP&A.
Responsibilities
Creating and updating financial analysis reports and models (Full P&L)
Owning and maintaining an executive dashboard of key performance indicators (KPIs) for internal leaders and external investors
Owning month‑end activities related to close, variance analysis, consolidation and forecasting
Collaborating with business partners and FP&A teams to develop regular financial forecasts
Performing peer analysis, benchmarking Ivy vs competitors and presenting this data to key leaders
Automating and improving processes and analytics to support a scaling business
End‑to‑end ownership of ad‑hoc analytics, projects, and requests from Finance leadership
Qualifications
3-5 years of Finance/Core FP&A experience
Minimum BS/BA in a business‑related field (finance/accounting)
Healthcare experience preferred, but not required
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required; Adaptive and Power BI skills are a bonus
Ability to analyze business trends and present them articulately
Proven analytical, critical thinking, problem‑solving skills and quantitative abilities
Ownership/results/accountability‑oriented, able to overcome obstacles and solve problems
Excellent communication skills
Self‑motivated with willingness and commitment to exceed expectations, learn and grow professionally
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a changing environment with competing projects
