Executive Director, Accounting & Finance Recruitment - Asset & Wealth Management
Salary: Base pay range $175,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr. Additional compensation: Annual Bonus.
Responsibilities
Lead US tax reporting for fund and management company entities
Provide tax research and advisory support across trading strategies and structures
Drive tax process improvements and automation initiatives
Support tax provisions, estimates, analysis, and planning
Manage US and state/local tax audits and regulatory requests
Support global transfer pricing, VAT/GST, FATCA, CRS, and other filings
Monitor US and international tax developments
Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Compliance, HR, and external advisors
Qualifications
10–15+ years US tax experience within a global accounting firm or financial services firm
CPA preferred
Strong research, communication, project management, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
