Primary Purpose The Financial Systems Product Manager is responsible for defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the organization’s financial applications ecosystem—including NetSuite, Coupa, and Sidetrade.

This role bridges business needs with technical execution—partnering with Finance, Procurement, Sales, Operations, Collections, and IT stakeholders to ensure that financial systems are optimized to support business growth, streamline processes, and enable data‑driven decision‑making.

THIS IS A FULLY REMOTE POSITION

Essential Functions Product Strategy & Roadmap

Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for financial systems—from ideation to deployment and continuous optimization.

Define and maintain the multi‑system product roadmap aligned with enterprise objectives and business priorities.

Partner with cross‑functional teams to evaluate new features, integrations, and automation opportunities across NetSuite, Coupa, and Sidetrade.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Serve as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams (internal and external).

Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.

Facilitate prioritization sessions and ensure alignment across departments on system enhancements and process improvements.

System Enhancements & Governance

Lead the evaluation, testing, and rollout of releases and enhancements across all financial platforms.

Maintain data integrity, security, and compliance across integrated systems and financial data flows.

Oversee change management, documentation, and end‑user training for new functionality and process updates.

Analytics & Continuous Improvement

Monitor KPIs related to system performance, process efficiency, and data accuracy.

Drive process optimization and automation to improve productivity and reduce manual effort across finance operations.

Stay current with product updates, emerging technologies, and best practices for financial systems and integrations.

Qualifications Education Minimum 4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience Minimum 5 Years of hands‑on experience managing or supporting financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Coupa, Sidetrade).

Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Proven track record as a system owner or product manager driving ERP and finance‑related initiatives.

Strong understanding of financial processes: Procure‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash, Record‑to‑Report, and associated system workflows.

Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

NetSuite Administrator, Coupa Certified Professional, or similar certification.

Experience with middleware/integration platforms (Celigo, Snaplogic, Mulesoft).

Background in SaaS, manufacturing, or field services industries.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and user story creation in Jira or similar tools.

Strategic thinker who can connect technology initiatives to measurable business outcomes.

Highly organized with strong prioritization and project management skills.

Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.

Increased automation and cross‑system data consistency.

Reduced manual reconciliation and processing effort across finance workflows.

Improved financial close timelines and reporting accuracy.

Positive stakeholder feedback on system performance, usability, and reliability.

3>Physical Requirements Primary duties include extensive computer use, frequent data entry, and brief periods of standing and moving objects. Candidates must meet standard occupational health and safety requirements.

Salary Range $105,600.00 – $158,400.00 / year

Pay Transparency Statement At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
