Digital SAP Project Manager
with strong expertise in
SAP Activate methodology, Project Management, and Change Management . The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience managing large, complex SAP projects and driving successful end-to-end implementation and delivery. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to ensure project execution within defined timelines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full project lifecycle in alignment with SAP Activate methodology and organizational timelines.
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of the engagement, ensuring all goals and deliverables are met.
Monitor overall project performance and proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks.
Lead, motivate, develop, and mentor the entire project team to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
Ensure all required processes, standards, and governance procedures are followed for delivery excellence.
Facilitate clear and effective communication among all stakeholders, including project teams, business users, and leadership.
Provide regular project status updates, reporting, and documentation to ensure transparency and alignment.
Support change management initiatives to drive adoption and minimize impact during transitions.
Required Experience & Qualifications
10+ years of experience in SAP Project Management.
Strong knowledge of SAP Activate, Digital Transformation, and Change Management processes.
Proven success managing complex SAP projects within defined scope, time, and budget.
Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
