We’re seeking a
Senior HR Business Partner
to serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, aligning talent strategy with business goals and driving a culture of compliance, accountability, and exceptional patient care. This organization is a rapidly growing healthcare organization.
Base pay range $82.00/hr - $123.00/hr
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with leaders (Manager–VP) on workforce planning, org design, leadership development, and DEI initiatives.
Lead complex employee & labor relations, ensuring compliance in both union and non‑union environments.
Support performance management, succession planning, and talent development.
Deliver core HR programs (merit, engagement, talent reviews) and provide data‑driven insights to guide decisions.
Champion organizational change and foster effective communication across HR and leadership.
Qualifications:
12+ years progressive HR experience (4+ in leadership; 1+ in unionized healthcare or hospital setting).
Proven ability to influence senior leaders in complex organizations.
Strengths in organizational design, workforce analytics, talent development, and change management.
Strong communication, executive presence, and business acumen.
HR certification (SHRM‑CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) preferred.
