Identify, target, and win new business by influencing and working with HCPs to adopt a new approach to HIV treatment Engage with HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to accurately understand the clinical, organizational, and financial challenges and opportunities within target accounts Leverage data analytics, business acumen, and market expertise to identify high‑priority prospects Coordinate, engage, and partner with multiple cross‑functional team members (i.e., Clinical Nurse Educators and Field Reimbursement Managers) to deliver an integrated product experience to customers Provide exceptional customer service by proactively anticipating and addressing HCP problems, needs and requests Deliver and adapt execution plans to achieve performance goals and objectives utilizing KPIs, scaling of successes, and business problem solving Develop and foster external relationships with key influential customers and thought leaders Adapt to different environments and work with a diverse group of individuals; operate effectively within a matrix organization and interact with many stakeholders in each geography Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree 2‑3+ years sales experience in specialty pharmaceutical sales with a successful track record of exceeding expectations HIV, Cardiovascular, or Immunology experience preferred but not required High degree of interpersonal and persuasive communication skills Driven and motivated for growth in the role Must be able and willing to drive or operate a vehicle; driving is an essential function of this role Mobility: willingness to deploy within 2 weeks to a newly assigned territory for an extended period Must live close to a major airport and preferably have extensive travel experience Ability to travel domestically as necessary, including overnight and/or weekend travel up to 60% Benefits & Compensation
Annual base salary range $160,000k to $170,000k (actual salary varies based on qualifications and performance) Eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and individual performance Health benefits: medical, dental, and vision coverage Company match 401(k) Flexible paid time off (PTO) and sick time; compliance with applicable state and local paid sick time requirements EEO Statement
