What will be my first role?
Our informal motto is “it depends.” In client serving roles, we evolve to meet market needs and may require flexibility in taking on a new role. Below is a brief description of the role(s) you may fill:
Role Descriptions
Business Analyst: Enable transformation and performance improvement by providing capabilities, assets, processes and tools. Structure, analyze and visualize the current state; design and guide the future state and change process. Develop industry knowledge. Functional analysts can specialize in Business fundamentals, ERP software, Application Management or Custom Software Development.
Programmers and developers: Program and develop software using various languages and tools, review code, fix bugs, ensure quality, interpret architecture and design, perform code reviews, monitor, and document policies; participate in testing and release.
Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst: Define and maintain standards for project management; initiate, plan, execute and close projects; standardize processes and leverage resources.
Quality Engineer: Identify and define tests, monitor test coverage and evaluate overall software quality. Responsibilities include reliability, quality and performance through manual, automated and performance testing.
Required Skills and Experience
You are developing the knowledge, technical skills and core consulting behaviors required to succeed in Application Services. You learn an appropriate methodology and acquire knowledge of a business domain, a package-based solution, or a technical tool/language. You demonstrate flexibility, manage workload and update management on progress.
Candidates for our Staff Consultant position should additionally possess:
A minimum GPA of 3.3 on a 4.0 scale
A willingness to travel and flexibility to relocate
Ability to travel to India for training, if requested by the Practice
Baseline skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Software Engineering, Testing, Functional Architecture Design & Project Financials, KPIs & Reporting

Preferred Qualifications
Exceptional performance in these majors or concentrations:
Technology: Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Data Science
Business: Finance, Supply Chain, Digital Leadership
Skills and experience in these areas:
Functional Skills: System Analysis, Business Analytics (Power BI), Project Management, Testing, Technical and/or Creative Writing, Workshop Facilitation, HR Process Knowledge, SharePoint, Office365, Dynamics
