About The Role
As a CBRE Workplace Experience Manager, you will be responsible for managing employees that oversee the delivery of workplace experience services. Examples of services include Concierge, Reception, Meeting & Event Management, and administrative office duties.
This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building.
What You’ll Do
Drives consistent, world-class customer experience through high touch services for a building, campus, or portfolio, with the goal of ensuring that the experience, operations and services align with client needs and objectives. Services include, but are not limited to: Community Programs, Guest Relations, Meeting & Event Management, Amenity Management and monetization, Activations, Vendor and partner management, App (technology) and content management, tenant surveys and insights reporting. Directs the development of an annual tenant engagement calendar of content, programs and activations. Manages Tenant Experience operating budget and makes recommendations on annual budgets; ensuring goals are met and budgets adhered to. Continually measures program progress and effectiveness through surveys, tenant sentiment and engagement, as well as tracking against KPIs/SLAs and other success measures as established and agreed. Prepares Experience Services reports and meets with property management team and/or asset management to share monthly reports and ensure CX objectives are consistently met.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred. Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems. Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The salary range for the Workplace Experience Manager position is $100,000 -$110,000 a year. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
