Drive new business revenue and develop new opportunities in the originating placement, leasing, and trading of new and used aircraft and engines; Manage business negotiations, close high-value deals, and coordinate aircraft leasing and portfolio trading projects, primarily in the Americas and other regions as needed; Collaborate with management to implement CALC Group’s global marketing and growth strategies; Build and nurture relationships with top airline executives in the Americas; Lead lease negotiations, contract structuring, and work with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and successful deal closures; Analyze market trends, provide insights, and report findings to top management; Oversee all transaction aspects within the VP’s region; Perform other duties and business travel as assigned. Requirements: Minimum 10 years’ experience in used aircraft and engine transactions, sales, and marketing; Proven track record in placing aircraft and engine sales/trades, with experience in mid-life aircraft leasing; Relevant degrees in Business, Aviation, or Engineering, with good understanding of aircraft technical conditions, maintenance cycles, and engine states; Strong knowledge of airline financials, credit assessment, and risk management; Excellent deal-making, negotiation, and closing skills; Self-motivated, results-oriented, with excellent communication skills and customer focus; Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese, both spoken and written.
