Their platform helps organizations gain visibility into how non-human identities—applications, software, and machines—interact and behave across complex systems. With recent investments in go-to-market strategy and strong leadership, they’re expanding rapidly in the upper mid-market and enterprise space.
The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to be the first U.S.-based Sales Development Representative (SDR) at an early-stage company. You’ll play a critical role in building outbound strategy from the ground up, opening key accounts, and driving qualified pipeline. You’ll engage directly with senior stakeholders in Security, IT, and Engineering, using modern tools and AI-driven insights to personalize your outreach and deliver value from the first touchpoint.
This is a high-impact, quality-over-quantity role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, is technically curious, and wants to grow into a strategic GTM role.
What You’ll Do
Own top-of-funnel strategy and execution for key enterprise accounts Identify and research high-value targets, mapping stakeholders in Security, IT, and DevOps Run personalized multi-touch outreach sequences via email, phone, and LinkedIn Conduct discovery and qualification calls to assess needs and fit Qualify inbound leads and help move them through the sales funnel Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to shape messaging and campaign strategies Educate prospects on platform value and key use cases Maintain accurate CRM records and track performance metrics
What We’re Looking For
18+ months of SDR/BDR experience with a track record of success Background in cybersecurity is a must Comfortable running discovery and qualification calls with technical buyers Skilled with modern prospecting tools and AI platforms (e.g., Clay, Apollo, ChatGPT) Business-savvy, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment Must be based in Boston or NYC area (hybrid role)
