Demonstrate experience with both airless and conventional spray equipment. Possess working knowledge of surface preparation processes, including blasting and painting. Physically capable of handling blast media hoses weighing up to 60 lbs and maintaining a consistent spray pattern for extended periods. Safely operate and work from scissor lifts, ladders, and scaffolding in accordance with all safety procedures. Able to disassemble, troubleshoot, repair, and reassemble spray equipment as needed. 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred. Schedule Typical schedule averages 50 hours per week.
