CURRENT OPENINGS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Epoxy Bead Blast Technician Bead blasting and prepping metal parts for plating or welding Silver plating and epoxy application Pre-assembly of components for robotic welding Maintain quality, follow work instructions, and ensure clean workspaces Powder Coater – Apply powder coating finishes per specifications Operate spray booths, ovens, and prep stations Surface prep, masking, and final inspections Ensure consistent, high-quality finishes and maintain a clean work area Press Brake Operator Operate press brake machines to bend and form metal parts Read blueprints and work instructions Measure parts for accuracy and quality Perform routine machine checks and minor maintenance Laser Operator Operate and monitor laser cutting machines Set up jobs using production drawings or digital layouts Inspect finished pieces and perform quality checks Maintain and clean equipment as needed Material Handler – Stage and supply departments with materials and parts Operate tow-motors/forklifts (license preferred) Perform towmotor safety checks, manage inventory, and ensure parts flow REQUIREMENTS (Applies to All Positions): Prior manufacturing or industrial experience required Experience with powder coating, bead blasting, press brake, or material handling preferred Must follow safety procedures, work instructions, and quality standards High School Diploma or GED required Must pass 5-panel drug screen (5PDS) No felonies within the last 7 years Steel-toe boots required Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Company Description DeLong Staffing Specialists has been a leading provider of temp-to-hire, direct-hire and contract employment services to Greater Cleveland employers since 1983.
