Customer Retail Manager – Atlanta Join Kraft Heinz as a Customer Retail Manager (CRM) based in the greater Atlanta Area. Job Description At Kraft Heinz, our US Sales team aspires to be an Indispensable Partner with a Growth and Winning Mindset , focused on Superior Execution every day. The CRM will serve as a geographically based retail arm of the sales team and will be accountable for driving selling, merchandising, and distribution efforts at store and HQ levels. The role represents the full Kraft Heinz portfolio by pursuing the following business strategies: Ensuring customer agreements are executed and upheld Driving distribution & share growth through shelving, new item, void closure, and reset activity Selling against promotional and incremental opportunities to achieve revenue targets Price monitoring and management Direction, monitoring, and assistance of agency relationships at store level Partnering with the Kraft Heinz Customer Sales Management team to align on retail‑specific priorities and expectations Proactively communicating store‑level feedback and strategic opportunities with internal partners Essential Functions & Responsibilities Develop, enhance, and leverage field customer relationships Execute sales and shelving strategies to surpass revenue, distribution, and share targets for all assigned customers Ensure effective execution of customer agreements and promotional programs Maintain an effective communication process with agency counterparts to ensure alignment and execution of retail priorities Work in a team environment with account leads and leadership to maximize growth opportunities Foster thought leadership through strong engagement and effective communication Display a growth mindset through best‑in‑class execution while elevating and influencing others Expected Experience & Required Skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Valid Driver’s License with a favorable driving record Availability to work in stores as early as 7:30 AM Monday‑Friday and during critical business periods (national holidays, major events) Exemplary interpersonal skills and ability to negotiate and build relationships with key contacts at all levels Statistical skill to identify, evaluate, and communicate category performance and store results/opportunities Preferred experience in selling, merchandising, or customer service; open to candidates with a proven history of driving business results Keen interest in sales and merchandising Experience in the CPG industry preferred; grocery channel experience highly preferred Demonstrated prioritization skills and ability to multitask Compensation New Hire Base Salary Range: $68,900.00 – $86,100.00 Bonus: Eligible for a performance‑based bonus per plan terms and governing documents.
