Base Pay Range $25.00/hr - $27.00/hr Responsibilities Operate complex equipment and analytical tools in an ESD environment. Wear ESD lab coat, conductive shoe straps, and safety glasses during work. Perform minor preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, non-standard processing and problem‑solving. Maximize output using constraint‑management techniques while sustaining process, equipment, training, and cross‑training cluster members. Work efficiently from standard procedures and specifications. Perform tasks requiring repetitive motion to an extent. Stand, move, walk throughout the day; perform physically demanding work. Qualifications 1–3 years work experience in a semiconductor lab or cleanroom, or production work experience. Computer software experience, MS Office proficiency. AA degree in a related field, or strong military experience with some post‑high‑school education. HS diploma or GED equivalent with experience in lieu of more than 3 years experience. Strongly preferred minimum AS degree. Preferred Experience Previous experience in a lab or manufacturing environment. Familiarity with basic electronic assembly tools such as wire strippers, cutters, soldering irons, electric torque drivers, and screwdrivers.
