Project summary : We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Power BI & Power Automate Developer to design, build, and optimize data analytics solutions and workflow automations across the organization. The ideal candidate has substantial experience in translating business requirements into scalable dashboards, reports, and automated processes that drive operational efficiency and actionable insights.

Duties and Responsibilities

:

Power BI (70%) Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service. Create robust data models, DAX measures, calculated columns, and reusable datasets. Connect to a range of data sources (SQL databases, SharePoint, Excel, cloud apps, APIs). Optimize Power BI solutions for performance, usability, and scalability. Implement data governance features such as row-level security (RLS) and content certification. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. Publish, schedule, refresh, and manage reports/workspaces in Power BI Service.

Power Automate (30%) Build and maintain automated workflows across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and business applications. Develop Power Automate cloud flows for approvals, notifications, document processing, and data integrations. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and enhance existing automations for reliability and performance. Integrate Power Automate with Power BI, Power Apps, Dataverse, and third-party systems.

REQUIREMENTS : 25 years of experience working with Power BI and Power Automate in a professional environment. Strong proficiency with DAX, Power Query (M language), and relational data concepts. Hands-on experience building both scheduled and event-based Microsoft 365 workflows. Solid understanding of ETL, data modeling, and report usability best practices. Ability to work cross-functionally with business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Experience with Microsoft 365 tools: SharePoint, Teams, Excel, OneDrive, etc.

Preferred (Nice to Have) Experience with SQL for querying or transforming data. Familiarity with Power Apps (Canvas or Model-Driven). Knowledge of Azure services (Data Factory, Synapse, Azure SQL). Experience with API connectors, custom connectors, or REST calls. Background in business analysis or process automation.
