Founding RF Hardware Engineer An innovative technology and consulting firm is hiring a Founding RF Hardware Engineer to pioneer and prototype next‑generation RF and SDR systems tightly integrated with AI. This is a unique opportunity to be one of the very first RF hardware engineers, shaping the hardware culture and technical direction from the ground up. In this role, you’ll work hands‑on with antennas, filters, amplifiers, and SDR platforms (USRP, Ettus, HackRF), collect and analyze RF data, tune front ends, and deploy real‑time signal‑processing pipelines on embedded or edge devices. As the founding RF hardware engineer, you’ll be empowered to make critical architectural and design decisions, working alongside top AI and data science teams to deliver high‑impact solutions for federal and enterprise clients. You’ll have the freedom to drive technical innovation, take ownership of projects, and directly see the results of your work on real‑world applications.
