Responsibilities Recruiter: find the right candidates for clients’ staffing needs by conducting phone and face-to-face interviews through internal databases, job boards, and networking. Learn the business and develop recruiting fundamentals with support from a mentor Account Manager. The average promotion to Account Manager takes 6–9 months and is merit-based. Account Manager: build relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 1000 firms to become Insight Global’s sole staffing provider. Initiate contact through cold calling and networking, set up introductory meetings to understand hiring needs, and maintain long-term partnerships through meetings, client events, and ongoing service. Qualifications Four-year college degree is required. Outgoing, ambitious, goal-oriented; comfortable in a social, fast-paced, competitive yet team-oriented environment. Experience in on-campus leadership, Greek life, student organizations, athletics, internships, and working with people is advantageous. Compensation and Benefits Base pay range: $47,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr. Base salary plus lucrative, uncapped commission; compensation is paid weekly. Benefits packages starting on the first day, including medical, dental, and vision insurance. Additional benefits: Employee Assistance Program, parental leave, 401(k)/Roth 401(k) eligibility after 90 days, paid holidays and time off, and more (details may vary). Promotions to management positions are based on merit and performance; expense accounts and allowances may apply after promotion to Account Manager.
