Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, well-established, and detail-oriented Virtual Executive Assistant to join our remote team. As a Virtual Executive Assistant, you will perform a variety of high-level administrative tasks and support our company’s senior-level managers. Responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports.
The ideal candidate should be well-organized, have excellent time management skills, and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.
Hours: Monday, Friday, Tuesday 2pm - 10pm EST; Saturday, Sunday 10am - 7pm EST

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a complex and busy schedule
- Performing planning, logistics, and operations work
- Providing comprehensive administrative support
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Handling confidential information with discretion
- Supporting data entry, project completion, event planning, filing, mail handling, and correspondence
- Organizing meetings from start to finish
- Screening calls, preparing documents, bill payments, record keeping
- Running errands as needed
- Creating and maintaining action items, to-do lists, and following up proactively
- Performing Chief of Staff level duties and/or project management
- Handling procurement and logistics duties
Candidate Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant (preferably in a BPO)
- Excellent command of English
- Discretion in handling confidential information
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- High-speed internet connection (20Mbps+ download)
Compensation and Benefits

Physical Requirements
This role is primarily sedentary, requiring long periods of sitting and computer use, with occasional movement and lifting up to 40 pounds.
