The Executive Assistant provides administrative services and handles
confidential matters.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
1\. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.\
- Prepares routine and advanced correspondence including letters,
- May direct and lead the work of others.\
- Keeps corporation records and executes administration policies.\
- Keeps minutes for various committees.\
- Organize, Schedule and Plan meetings.\
- Directs preparation of records and notices of meetings.\
- Maintains calendar and scheduling.\
- Assists with preparation, documentation and coordination of
- Reviews and forward accounts payable for the Bank.\
- Type and design general correspondence, memos, tables, etc.\
- Create and develop visual presentations.\
- Completes required BSA/AML training and other compliance training as

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
Broad knowledge of such fields as accounting, marketing, business
administration, finance, etc. Equivalent to afour yearcollege degree,
plus 4 years related experience and/or training, and 19 to 23 months
related management experience, or equivalent combination of education
and experience.
**COMMUNICATION SKILLS**
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and
policy/proceduremanuals;Abilityto effectively present information and
respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and
the general public.
**MATHEMATICAL SKILLS**
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure,
using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute
rate, ratio, and percent and to prepare and interpret bar graphs.
**CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS**
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of known
variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written,
oral, or diagram formats.
