The Wilson Law Group is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant for our Little Rock office.

The executive assistant is responsible for the administrative and organizational management of various tasks assigned by the Co-Managing Partner and Executive Director of Wilson & Associates, as well as the Co-Managing Partner of ATG in Little Rock, AR. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks, be exceedingly well-organized and flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting three very busy executives. This individual must be able to function effectively in a variety of roles within a dynamic environment with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is experienced and motivated, poised and highly professional, and capable of maintaining a high level of confidentiality while managing multiple pressing priorities with ease.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  1. Mastering complex schedules – You’ll manage and coordinate executive calendars, keeping multiple leaders on track while avoiding scheduling conflicts.
  2. Coordinating travel – You’ll ensure seamless travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and meeting schedules.
  3. Event and meeting coordination – You’ll schedule and plan meetings, ensuring smooth execution with logistical and technical support.
  4. Handling confidential information – You’ll manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  5. Inbox and communication management – You’ll assist in drafting communications, responding to key inquiries, and prioritizing urgent messages.
  6. Reporting and financial tracking – You’ll manage financial tasks such as processing expense reports and tracking budgets.
  7. Supporting high-level decision-making – You’ll be a key partner in ensuring that executives are prepared and equipped with the necessary information.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree with at least two years of experience as an executive assistant, or an associate’s degree with at least three years of experience as a personal assistant or secretary in a professional office environment. (Equivalent combinations of education and experience that provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will be evaluated on an individual basis.)
  2. Demonstrated high level of professionalism, organizational skills, communication skills, confidentiality, strong attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including grammatically correct writing.
  4. Proficiency in Canva.
  5. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to create and edit documents in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
  6. Bookkeeping experience is preferred.
  7. Experience coordinating meetings, events, and travel is required.
  8. Business and technology savvy.
  9. Some law office secretarial experience is preferred.
  10. Availability to work outside of standard business hours and/or perform personal errands should your assistance be required.
