And more Job Details Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly sales tax filings.
- Generate weekly and monthly financial reports as needed.
- Support annual audits, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Monitor and track capital expenditures.
- Manage core accounting functions including cash management, accounts receivable/payable, inventory, and accruals.
- Assess and enhance internal controls to ensure financial integrity.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities, partnering with leadership to implement improvements.
- Provide support to the regional controller and CFO as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- 6+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP.
- Manufacturing industry experience is required.
