Job Title: WebEOC / EOC Application Administrator

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

Contract: 6+ Months

About the Role:

Were seeking an experienced WebEOC / EOC Application Administrator to manage and support Juvare WebEOC V10 and assist with migration to WebEOC NexUs . This role involves system administration, configuration, integration, and user support for both cloud and on-prem environments. Flexibility for extended hours during emergency activations is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and configure WebEOC V10; support migration to NexUs.
• Manage user roles, permissions, incidents, and boards (HTML/JavaScript).
• Integrate GIS using ArcGIS API; support plug-ins and mapping tools.
• Assist with communication workflows (Microsoft Teams, Rave Alert).
• Provide training, documentation, and real-time support during activations.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on WebEOC V10 administration; migration experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of board development and troubleshooting (HTML, JavaScript).
• GIS integration experience (ArcGIS API).
• Familiarity with cloud/on-prem WebEOC environments and communication tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer support skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with Rave Alert and emergency management systems.
• API integrations, scripting, .NET development basics.

Education:

Bachelors in Computer Science or MIS + 6 years relevant experience.
