Medical Lab Scientist I
to support Core Lab operations.
Key Responsibilities: Perform testing across Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Coagulation Conduct QC, run instruments, and perform routine maintenance Work as a generalist with exposure to blood bank tasks Independently manage workload during night shift Maintain accuracy, quality, and compliance within laboratory standards
Requirements: BS in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Biological, Chemical, or Physical Science
OR
qualifying CLIA alternative 1 year of relevant clinical laboratory experience (depending on education route) ASCP or AMT certification required Generalist experience required (Chem, Hem, UA, Coag) Blood bank experience preferred (not required) Epic LIS experience preferred Color vision screening required Must meet all CLIA testing personnel requirements Ability to work independently on night shift Hep B, Flu (declination accepted), and standard medical screenings required
