Salary Range: $77,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment and retention for production, technical, and leadership roles.
- Ensure strict compliance with all labor laws, safety regulations (OSHA), and company policies.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions for plant personnel.
- Develop and implement training programs focused on safety, technical skills, and leadership development.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and manage workers' compensation claims effectively.
- Facilitate performance management processes and support career development initiatives.
- Collaborate with operations leadership on strategic workforce planning and organizational development.
Recommended Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR management experience, specifically within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws, including OSHA regulations relevant to manufacturing operations
- Proven expertise in employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management for a diverse manufacturing workforce
- Demonstrated ability to partner with plant leadership to align HR strategies with operational goals and drive a positive safety culture
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and data analytics to inform HR decisions and improve efficiency
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Previous experience managing union relations or working in a unionized manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in a second language, such as Spanish, to support a diverse workforce.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing-specific health and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA).
