Salary Range: $62,000 - $89,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We partner with manufacturers across Byron Center seeking HR Generalists who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as company policies and safety regulations specific to manufacturing.
- Administer HR programs such as compensation, benefits, leave management, and employee welfare initiatives.
- Conduct HR investigations and address employee grievances effectively and impartially.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures tailored to the manufacturing environment.
- Maintain accurate HR records and leverage HRIS for data management, reporting, and analytics.
Recommended Qualifications
- 3+ years of HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws, including OSHA regulations.
- Proven experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, onboard, and retain skilled production and technical talent.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and payroll processing.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety programs specific to manufacturing.
- Proficiency with timekeeping systems (e.g., Kronos, ADP Workforce Now) commonly used in manufacturing environments.
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to support a diverse workforce.
