Key Responsibilities: Lead, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve quality, efficiency, and throughput. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other process‑improvement methodologies. Provide day‑to‑day technical support to production teams, troubleshooting issues and eliminating root causes. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations—to support new product introductions and implement engineering changes. Develop and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures. Oversee equipment performance, support capital improvement projects, and recommend upgrades or new technologies. Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and capacity evaluations to support strategic planning. Serve as a mentor to junior engineers and technicians; leadership experience is preferred. Ensure all processes comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and internal quality systems. Qualifications: 7–10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering within an industrial or high‑volume environment. Leadership or team‑lead experience preferred ; strong desire to move into a leadership role required. Proven success in process improvement, equipment troubleshooting, and manufacturing optimization. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project‑management skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field).
