Salary Range: $76,000 - $116,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
- Design, procure, and implement manufacturing tools, fixtures, and equipment.
- Support new product introductions (NPI) from prototype to full-scale production.
- Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and process flowcharts.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Collaborate with design engineering to ensure manufacturability of new products.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related Engineering discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a production environment.
- Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in CAD software for tooling, fixture, and process layout design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for process optimization and root cause analysis.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Experience with automation, robotics, or advanced manufacturing technologies
- Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or demonstrated project leadership experience
