Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorney
to join its
San Diego office . This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys looking to grow within a nationally respected defense practice offering complex litigation exposure and long-term career advancement.
Key Responsibilities
Defend employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in Workers’ Compensation claims
Appear before
WCAB venues throughout California
Manage cases from inception through trial
Handle cases involving:
Orthopedic injuries
Psychiatric and stress claims
Fibromyalgia
Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy
Asbestos and internal injury claims
Perform discovery, depositions, hearings, and trials
Provide strategic legal counsel to clients
Required Qualifications
1–7 years of Workers’ Compensation defense experience
Active
California Bar license (Required)
Experience appearing before
WCAB
Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills
Knowledge of
Workers’ Compensation Disability Rating Scale (Preferred, not required)
