You possess a Bachelor's Degree in nonprofit management, business administration, public policy, communications, or a related field; or the equivalent combination of education and progressive leadership experience in fundraising, public affairs, or strategic communications. Ideally, you bring 7–10 years of success leading fundraising strategy, securing major gifts, and managing high‑value portfolios. You’ve built and coached strong teams, crafted compelling messages, and moved big ideas forward with partners across sectors. You’re data‑savvy, creative, and confident engaging executives, donors, and community leaders alike.
