Director of Revenue Cycle Management
We are seeking a dynamic Director of Revenue Cycle Management who is ready to make a meaningful impact. Key Leadership Responsibilities
Partner directly with Ownership to shape and execute operational strategy
Set, track, and own department KPIs (DSO, denials, clean claim rate, lag days, productivity, etc.)
Standardize workflows across clients, locations, and specialties
Lead continuous process improvement initiatives for both local and offshore teams
Modernize the revenue cycle through automation tools and AI adoption
Serve as the executive escalation point for client and internal RCM performance issues
Requirements
Bachelors Degree
10+ years of leadership experience in Revenue Cycle Management or medical billing
Proven experience managing teams of 20+ (including offshore/outsourced teams)
Ability to work across multiple EMRs and billing platforms
Strong focus on KPIs, process optimization, and financial performance
Thrives in fast‑paced, growth‑oriented, non‑bureaucratic environments
Compensation & Benefits
$120,000–$150,000 base salary
Performance‑based bonus
Potential equity opportunity upon demonstrated success
Hybrid work schedule
Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00
