As the Insights Senior Analyst you will:
Analytics Strategy:
Maintain a holistic understanding of client business objectives and marketing strategies. Leverage that information to better anticipate the analytics needs of the client.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Use familiarity with quantitative methods and statistics to support or propose tests and analysis on an ongoing basis, while working to expand technical skillset. Support the overall building of analytical capabilities and solutions (segmentation, modeling, campaign evaluations, etc.). Stay abreast of technological and industry developments related and provide appropriate suggestions to your clients. Complete appropriate quality control procedures for analysis, reporting and data visualization for accuracy.
Collaboration:
Work with cross-functional teams daily execution of analytics projects & initiatives. Ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables that meet expectations while balancing business needs with the appropriate level of analytical difficulty.
Client Communication:
Leverage story-telling skills to deliver insights that are clear, concise and useful. Understand client key words and indicators to identify cross-sell opportunities and you (typo?) elevate opportunities appropriately. Always listen for signs of client health, happiness or dissatisfaction and proactively address even small aspects of client dissatisfaction.
Professional Qualifications:
4-5 years of experience in marketing analytics roles with a proven track record of working with clients, understanding their business, and executing quantitative methods to support. Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions.
Familiarity with business intelligence platforms (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Metric) and data architecture tools (e.g. Snowflake, Redshift, SQL).
Experience or understanding of fundamental statistics and quantitative methods, with exposure to tools such as R and Python.
