The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key role in making sure we are taking care of our team and Tatte. The TA Coordinator assists with a wide array of tasks to support People, L&D and legal functions, with a focus on talent attraction, selection, onboarding, and retention. Summary of Responsibilities The Talent Acquisition Coordinator's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Developing, nurturing, and sustaining strong relationships with all internal and external clients
Monitoring and responding to/resolving communications from Jobs inboxes and voicemail, and escalating inquiries as needed
Process, address, and otherwise handle compensation and benefits matters, including, without limitation, new hire and monthly benefits processing, routine compensation audits, and responding to team members compensation and benefits questions
Performing background checks
Performing and assisting with hourly team member candidate attraction tasks, such as maintaining and monitoring job requisitions
Performing and assisting with hourly team member candidate selection activities, including, without limitation, screening resumes, conducting interviews, communicating with candidates, and internally processing candidates
Assisting with hourly candidate sourcing tasks as needed, including, without limitation, attending job fairs and proactively recruiting passive job‑seekers
Off-boarding of team members
Following and coaching team members on People processes, including, without limitation, recruiting, onboarding, payroll, compensation, workplace injuries, and HRIS matters
Other duties as assigned
Working Conditions / Essential Functions
Must be able to sit and/or stand for at least 8 hours per day
Ability to read and speak English
Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
Must be able to work in small and occasional crowded spaces (while in an operations’ environment).
Position Requirements
Positive, can‑do attitude and customer service-oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in talent selection activities, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Detail-oriented, organized, able to multi-task, prioritize, and act with urgency when neededAbility to work in a fast‑paced environment efficiently and nimbly
Must live in the Boston, DMV, or Tristate markets but available to travel as needed to other markets
Must have a demonstrated record of maintaining the highest level of confidentiality concerning sensitive, confidential/private, and/or attorney‑client privileged information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office—must be able to perform mail merge, use Excel, and draft decision‑trees, and PowerPoint presentations, among other things
Preferred Skills
Prior HR and/or talent acquisition experience (highly preferred)
Prior E-Verify Case Management experience (highly preferred)
Prior experience with UltiPro/RightView Web/Business Intelligence
Proficiency in Spanish (highly preferred)
