Opportunity Overview NOCD is seeking an experienced iOS Engineer to help scale our mobile platform and expand access to effective OCD treatment. You’ll work closely with engineering leadership, product, design, and clinical teams to deliver high-quality mobile experiences that directly support patients and therapists.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and wants to build technology that makes a meaningful impact in people’s lives. You will lead feature development in SwiftUI, influence architectural decisions, and help strengthen our mobile foundation as we grow.

Required Qualifications 3–5 years of professional iOS development experience Experience shipping and maintaining production iOS apps Strong proficiency in Swift Deep hands‑on experience with SwiftUI Comfort with modern async patterns: async/await, Combine Ability to work independently and move features from concept to production Solid understanding of mobile architecture, performance, and testing best practices Clear, effective written and verbal communication

Additional Qualifications Experience working in healthcare, digital health, or building HIPAA‑compliant features Familiarity with video/WebRTC (especially real‑time communication experiences) Experience working at a startup or on a small, highly collaborative team Objective‑C experience is a plus
