Warehouse Associate Job at Revel Staffing in Henderson

We're conducting a confidential search for a dependable Warehouse Associate to support a defense manufacturing company.

• Stocking: Break down inbound pallets; place parts in correct bin locations with accurate system updates.
  

• Shipping Support: Pack parts to spec to prevent transit damage; prep small machines/equipment for outbound shipment.
  

• Material Moves: Safely move small machines and inventory between designated locations.
  

• Documentation: Work from pick lists, packing slips, and basic system screens; maintain clean, safe work areas.
  

• Other duties as assigned to support daily warehouse goals.
  

What you'll bring

• Active security clearance or VantageClear credential (required).
  

• 1–2 years warehouse/material handling experience (manufacturing environment a plus).
  

• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain quickly); pallet jack experience.
  

• High attention to detail, strong organization, and reliable follow-through.
  

• Clear communication and a team-first mindset.
  

• Intermediate computer skills (basic WMS/ERP use; Microsoft Office).
  

Physical & Work Environment

• Frequent standing/walking; lift/move up to 50 lbs with proper technique.
  

• Fast-paced warehouse and production support environment; strict adherence to PPE and safety procedures.
