Shifts Available: 1st
Pay: $15.55 per hour (based on shift & experience)

Responsibilities
Work on an assembly line with consistent speed and accuracy to meet production requirements and deadlines.
Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment according to company procedures.
Perform assembly, kitting, packaging, and labeling of products.
Conduct visual inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet customer specifications; report any defects to a supervisor.
Assist with receiving, sorting, and stocking raw materials and finished products within the warehouse.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse floor, free of hazardous materials.
Adhere to all company and OSHA safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
Use forklifts or pallet jacks to move materials when required.
Communicate effectively with team leaders and staff to achieve production goals.
Complete necessary production documentation and reports accurately.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience.
Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, or production environment is a plus.
Strong attention to detail for quality inspections.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift 35–50 lbs for extended periods.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed.
Forklift certification or factory machinery experience is a plus.
