Staff Accountant – Hybrid

About Us We are seeking an individual with strong accounting and organizational skills looking to work in a dynamic environment. The Staff Accountant will play a key role in the month‑end close process, financial reporting, and maintaining the integrity of the company’s general ledger. This individual will collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, finance, and senior leadership to ensure timely and accurate financial results. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in GAAP accounting, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a growing and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules for monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles
Perform detailed variance analysis and explain key drivers of financial results
Ensure accuracy of general ledger, financial statements and reports
Support consolidation and intercompany accounting for entities
Assist in preparing financial statements in compliance with US GAAP for CSL, NMS, and external partners
Assist with compliance with IRS rules and state regulations as they relate to company filings
Assist with budgeting and forecasting process & analysis
Coordinate with internal and external auditors to support audits and compliance requirements
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (e.g., Operations, Finance, Senior Leadership) to resolve accounting issues and support business initiatives
Maintain and enforce accounting policies and internal controls
Manage monthly invoicing process – including future oversight of this function
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience required, or a related field
Sage Intacct experience a plus
Understanding of business analysis and GAAP
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
