Key Responsibilities and Duties
Manage all aspects of client tax compliance and reporting
Lead and develop tax team members
Build and maintain proactive, value‑based client relationships
Communicate tax matters clearly across clients and internal teams
Stay current on tax law changes affecting HNWIs, trusts, and closely held businesses
Drive efficiencies through tech‑forward practices
Qualifications – Needed
CPA (Certified Public Accountant) required
Minimum 7 years of experience in tax accounting
Strong tax knowledge, especially with pass‑through entities, trusts, and HNW individuals
Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead teams
Comfortable using modern tax and workflow technologies
Naturally optimistic with a client service mindset
Preference for those seeking proactive, strategic client work—rather than backward‑looking compliance alone
