This role is offered by Jobot and is hosted by Josh Forth. The position is for a full‑time CPA Tax Manager with a focus on trusts and estates, and it is a hybrid work arrangement.
Base Pay Range $140,000.00/yr – $175,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of dedicated accountants and financial professionals, ensuring their productivity and performance meet or exceed expectations.
Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, tax returns, and other financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on complex financial matters, including tax planning, trusts, and estates.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored financial solutions.
Stay up‑to‑date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices, ensuring the firm’s practices align with them.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives to drive the firm’s growth and profitability.
Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
Act as a mentor and coach to junior staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
Participate in business development activities, including networking events and client presentations, to expand the firm’s client base.
Job Details
A minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting, preferably in a managerial role.
Active CPA license is required.
Strong knowledge and experience in trusts and estates, including tax planning and compliance.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their best.
Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Proficiency in using accounting software and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
